Features of JS750 concrete mixer

This mixer is designed based on the high quality request from over sea customer. It can mix the plastic and half-dry hard concrete, fluid concrete and light aggregate concrete. It is applicable to the common construction working site, road, bridge and each kind of precast product factory with working independently or be used as facility concrete plant, which has manual or pneumatic discharge mode. It has reasonable quality, high production efficiency, and low noise .The electrical system adopts import technical, which is good performance and reliability.

Deatails of our concrete mixer:



 

	Planatery gear box: the same as Italy bland "Bonfiglioli",  import parts, such as "SEALTOOL" oil seal adopts, SKF bearings. The mixer shell is made of QT500-7, the material of planet carrier is QT700-2. Processed by NC testing center.
	The shaft end adopt multiple sea, the first is floating type mechanical seal, the secong is specific concrete dust-proof ring, the third is specific PU sealing protection, the fourth is blue seal,the fifth is floating oil seal. All these can ensure the stability and reliability of shaft and sealing.
	The arms and blades are made by high chrome, whose chrome content is above 26%. Blades is 5mm thicker than same domestic industry.
	The electric grease pump is imported from Italy. Supplying the grase to four end respectively with using four pump cores, guaranteeing to inject the oil into the shaft head,decreasing the workload of maintenance and service.
	Hydraulic discharging system, with strong drive force and reliable diacharging; Discharging door can be opened at any angle; with manual discharging function; The discharging door adopts detachable structure,which is convenient for maintenance.

Heavy concrete, common concrete, light concrete. Light concrete we recommend our JSS series, it adds
spiral blade and can mix more evenly.
Q2. What is the discharging mode of your concrete mixer?
Both hydraulic and pneumatic discharging modes are available. Hydraulic is more advanced and popular
than pneumatic type. However we supply as per customer's requirement.
Q3. What is the material do you use for milling blades and lining board?
High chromium alloy wear resistant plate and high manganese alloy lining board.
