Variable-Pitch Blade Design:The spiral blades feature variable pitch (150-200mm), enhancing pushing efficiency and reducing material accumulation and blockage.

Flange Connection Structure
Sections are connected by flanges with sealant applied, ensuring easy installation, strong sealing, and adaptation to industrial dusty environments.

Ball Joint Inlet
The inlet uses a ball joint connection with the powder silo, allowing angular deviation and simplifying docking installation with external equipment.

Waterproof Canvas Outlet
The outlet is connected with a waterproof canvas sleeve and hoop to prevent powder leakage, suitable for flexible connection with metering equipment.

Oil Gun Lubrication System
3# lithium-based grease is injected via an oil gun, requiring lubrication at key parts every 8 hours for low maintenance costs.

Standard conveying angles of 32°/24° allow flexible installation according to factory layout.

Precision Motor-Speed Matching
The LSJ219 is equipped with an 11kW motor (280rpm), and the LSJ273 with a 15kW motor (216rpm), balancing capacity and energy consumption.
