- During the warranty period, quality-related spare parts will be freely replaced (shipped to the port). After the warranty, parts are charged at cost, with separate on-site service fees.

When equipment arrives at the construction site, technicians will provide free installation, debugging, startup guidance, and training via video or phone. The schedule can be discussed and agreed upon.

6. Paid Services After Warranty
Maintenance fees are charged based on on-site work:
- Domestic: Includes travel, accommodation, and labor costs.
- Overseas: Costs are calculated separately; on-site service fees are negotiated.
7. Genuine Spare Parts Guarantee
We use original factory spare parts and wear-resistant components. Non-factory parts will never be used without your consent.
